How to beat Unknown
Everything you need to stop Dweebo. Secrets are hidden in boxes you have to open, so nothing gets spoiled by accident.
The basics
Fight, flip, capture
Knock a bad guy out until he sees stars, then walk up and press C (or tap CAPTURE). A teleport beam sends him to your Safehouse jail. No gore, ever.
Flip with Space to dodge. You can't be hit in the middle of a flip.
- Punch 3 times fast for a combo.
- Grab a guard with E and throw him into his friends.
- Hold Z to sneak. Walk up behind a guard who hasn't seen you and press C for a sneak attack.
- Pick Easy, Normal or Hard on the title screen. Easy means half damage.
- Want different keys? Open Controls on the title screen or in the pause menu and change any of them. Left-handed on an iPad? Turn on the left-handed layout there too.

Chapter 1
The Lab
Escape the containment wing and capture all 7 guards. Two are big Brutes: too heavy to throw, so kick them instead. When the last guard is captured, the yellow security gate opens.
Boss: Security Chief Tank. Watch for the red line on the floor: he's about to charge. Flip out of the way and let him crash into the wall. While he's dizzy, hit him hard. At half health he calls for backup.
- Look for sparkles on the floor: those are vents hiding cash.
- Smash crates for cash, health and flash grenades.
- On Easy and Normal there's a knife hidden somewhere in the Lab. It slashes much harder than a punch. On Hard, buy it from the trader.

Secret level: show me where it is
Secret
The Hidden Tomb
In the big hall at the bottom-left of the Lab there's a wooden trap door. Step on it and you fall into an ancient Egyptian tomb.
Mummies, hopping cursed urns and a stone Anubis guardian live down there. Don't touch the fire, and flip over the flame jets. Grab the treasure (the Pharaoh's golden mask is worth $300), open the chest for the nunchucks, then find the rope and climb out where you fell in.

Chapter 2
The Jungle
Dweebo crashed in the Amazon and he's hunting for the Emerald Idol. Get a machete: it chops through bushes, and some bushes hide secret stashes. On Easy it's lying at the crash site; otherwise buy it from the trader or in the Safehouse.
Glowing green clouds are spores from the Unknown. Bruno puts on his mask, but the filter runs out, so grab the green filters.
- Monkeys steal your money! Catch them (or hit them with a throwing star) and they drop it.
- Pumas crouch, then pounce along a red line. Flip sideways.
- Dart shooters' sleeping darts slow you down. Flip to dodge them.
- Animals are never hurt. Knock them out and press C: they fall asleep and go home.

Boss
Big Game Gus
Gus shoots a net. Watch for the wide red aim line and get out of it. If the net catches you, mash F (or tap PUNCH) to break free.
After every shot he has to RELOAD. That's your moment: run in and hit him hard. Throwing stars work too.

Secret level: show me where it is
Secret
The Canopy
There's a side trail near Dweebo's camp with gold lying on the ground. Look closely: there's a rope snare hidden there. Step in it and you're yanked up into the trees. Mash F to cut the rope (or chew through it if you don't have a knife).
Up in the treetops: rope bridges, snakes, monkeys and pumas, a Jade Parrot, the Golden Jaguar ($300), and a chest with 15 throwing stars. Find the vine to slide down, and you land outside the camp's back fence. Sneak in!

Keep your place
Save codes
Your game saves by itself on the device you're playing on. To keep playing on a different computer, iPad or phone, get a save code.
On the title screen or in the Safehouse, tap Save code, then Get my save code. You'll get a code like TIGER-4821-MOON. Write it down! On the other device, open Save code, type it in and tap Load.
- Save codes don't need a name or an email.
- Your code updates itself after every chapter and every purchase.
- Keep your code secret: anyone with it can play from your save.
Between chapters
The Safehouse
After every chapter, Bruno goes back to his Safehouse. Everyone you captured is in the jail.
Spend your cash in the Armory and in Training. New gear shows up as you reach new chapters: an armor vest, a grenade belt, a bigger mask filter, a treasure scanner that shows secrets on your map, and a sharpened knife.
- Health kits: carry up to 3 and press H (or tap HEAL) when you need one. Each heals 40.
- Replaying a chapter you already beat pays half the cash, then a quarter. New chapters pay the most!

In the middle of a chapter
Rusty the traveling trader
Somewhere in every chapter, a trader with a big backpack and a spinning gold coin is waiting. Walk up and press E (or tap GRAB) to shop. What you buy is yours right away.
He sells flash grenades, health kits, throwing stars and (in the Jungle) a machete. On Hard he's the only place to get a knife in the Lab.
Easy, Normal or Hard
Money and prices
Easy: more cash lying around, lots of health in crates, cheaper prices, and weapons are hidden in the levels for you to find.
Normal: some cash and health, normal prices. You'll find the knife; buy the rest.
Hard: cash and health are scarce, prices are higher, and you buy every weapon. Secret-level treasure is always free.
Every chapter can be beaten with just fists and kicks, so you never have to buy anything.
